What is Ore to Shore?

Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic offers six different races with a well-tailored “grind to fun ratio” for every racer’s skill set. Everyone that races either it be a pro, weekend warrior or all members of a family will feel like they have achieved something difficult while having fun at the same time.

The 48 mile Hard Rock, 28 mile Soft Rock and 10 mile Shore Rock courses are true cross country races with numerous hills to climb, descents to fly down, fast flat sections, mud, sand, water and exposed rock. The 4 mile Jr. Rock, 1 Mile Little Rock and the 50 yard Littlest Rock Kids’ races provide the perfect way to start a young one racing, offering increased levels of challenge while still keeping it fun so they can’t wait to get on the start line again.

Transfers, Deferrals, or Refunds

The Ore to Shore race committee sends our best to you. We do not accept race transfers, deferrals, or refunds due to our enormous pre-race costs. We continue to support our non-profit mission – building and maintaining trails and providing opportunities for youth mountain biking. To date, we have already incurred thousands of dollars in expenses for marketing and necessary early preparations,

We are truly sorry for the circumstances. Thank you for supporting Ore to Shore.
